Procurement Policy (NZIST) (click to download)

A procurement plan describes the process used to approach the market, evaluate bids and identify the recommended supplier. These templates are designed to be used in conjunction with a business case. New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) has guidance on business cases: Writing the business case | New Zealand Government Procurement

The Government Procurement Rules (Rule 8) require agencies to seek economic benefits to New Zealand in their procurements. The economic benefits that Otago Polytechnic is seeking may vary based on the procurement objectives identified.
