Let's talk about Menopause....

Said no one ever!

But in fact, that is no longer true.  After years of this subject being taboo, particularly at work, the stigma of this important life stage is decreasing and there is a greater understanding of the challenges faced by those who menstruate every day.

Here at Otago Polytechnic, we have had a toolkit for employees and leaders in this area available on Tūhauora for approximately 2 years.

Through a collaboration of resources, kōrero amongst men and women around the motu, we now have another resource available on Taumauri.
