Approved for PC review:  DED Operations 

Major Changes:    

• Updated policy name from Naming Buildings policy to Naming of Otago Polytechnic Buildings Policy 

• Updated responsible policy owner 

• Updated roles and responsibilities and terms to reflect current state 

• Significant rewrite of policy to ensure current status reflected. 

Driving and Vehicle Safety Policy and Kaimahi Drivers Agreement Form 

Policy reviewed by policy on behalf of responsible owner:  DED Operations, Health and Safety, People and Culture. 

Approved for PC review: Director: Health and Safety (Acting), DED Operations 

Major Changes:   

• Full re-write of policy 

• Updated references policy names and hyperlinks and Travel Reimbursement rate per km
