Foodbank donations (14-25 Sept)

A group of third year Social Service students are organising a food drive to collect donations for the Presbyterian Support Otago Foodbank.

They are collecting donations between the 14 - 25 September.

Please give what you can - all donations are hugely appreciated!

You can donate at the following places:

• H Block lifts

• OPSA

• F Block staffroom

• Main entrance of T Block

And these are the most needed foodbank items:

• Canned goods

• Pasta sauces

• Muesli bars

• Lunchbox fillers

• Cereal

• Breakfast spreads

• Instant noodles

• Hygiene products

• Instant coffee/Milo

• Gluten-free items

• Biscuits

The students are also collaborating with PSO foodbank to create sustainable recipes using commonly donated foods for whanau needing support.

The students are well aware of the current cost of living crisis and would really appreciate any donations if you are able to contribute to this project.
